The video material by the artist
- must not be created before June 2019 (two years)
- is not freely available on the internet/video platforms such as YouTube and more.
- has not been made available for audiences outside the artist's home territory (local fans and music professionals)
Please note: submission of the performance by May, 31st at the lastest!
