ENTRY: 5-6€
REVENUE SPLIT IS FOR BOTH BANDS:
• 50 or fewer people in attendance = 50/50 split (Netto).
• 51 to 80 people in attendance 60/40 split (Netto)
• 81 or more 70/30 split (Netto)
depending on show deal. An increase in the artist percentage may be considered if
bar sales are high enough to do so.

• Arriving Bands will get 50€ Traviling Expenses.

DAY OF SHOW
SOUND CHECK:

Sound check is normally 1.5-2 hours before “doors” time or show start time
if no entry fee if taken.
Sound check time will be determined and confirmed by scheduled Sound
technician and artist. Earlier load-in is possible but must be agreed upon in
advance by the Prachtwerk arts manager.

CURFEW:
We have a live music curfew of 22:00. Show times must be planned to fit
accordingly and be completed by 22:00.

• Arriving Bands will get 50€ Traviling Expenses.

Here you may state additional demands for the promoter which you want to be stipulated in the contract. This includes specials like backstage interior, stagehands, merchandising equipment, hotel shuttle etc.Be advised that every special demand may produce additional costs for the promoter. Limit yourself to the everything necessary and do not try to push your luck. Wouldn't it be a shame if the unreasonable demand for an Armani couch in the backstage area becomes the deal breaker.

Terms and Conditions

*Terms and conditions of gigmit PRO with FREE TRIAL (Paid Annually)

The "gigmit PRO" has a contractual duration of one year, as a minimum, and begins with the completion of the gigmit PRO booking. It costs € 228,- plus VAT each contractual year. Payments are to be made in advance after invoicing. Invoices are issued annually.

FREE TRIAL: To test the "gigmit PRO" features, the user in question can use a gigmit PRO free trial during the first 14 days free of charge ("Trial Period"). The free trial will be activated at the gigmit PRO booking here on this site and can be canceled at any time, without a notice period, until the end of the Trial Period. In case of such a termination, the user will not be charged.

If gigmit PRO is not terminated by the end of the Trial Period, "gigmit PRO" is activated and the annual subscription becomes payable.

gigmit PRO can be terminated at the end of a contractual year, with a notice period of 14 days. Should there be no notice of termination at the end of a contractual year, gigmit PRO will be automatically extended for another year.

In the event of a termination, all gigmit PRO features remain fully available to users as part of their profile until the end of the contractual period.
