From The Cave is a five-piece band from London, with members hailing from the UK, Sweden, Latvia, Denmark and Spain.

The lead singer, Kristian, decided to bring out his Spanish side to the title track of their new EP, with an ironically high energy song, encouraging listeners not to “pánico” in today’s age of political uncertainty.

The guitar-driven, guaranteed party starter, Medieval (Pánico) is the 2nd single to be released from the band’s upcoming EP Medieval, following the more understated, toe tapper, Cavalier. The band spent over a year creating the new EP, re-recording and reworking the tracks only until they were completely satisfied.

From The Cave truly experimented while creating ‘Medieval’, pulling influences from a wide range of music styles (rock, reggae, punk, pop, reggaeton, disco, blues) - a big departure from their self-titled debut (2016). Every track of the EP points in a different direction musically, but it feels like there’s a red thread under the theme of “Medieval”: the image of a society where both hierarchies and superstition have an important role, Shakespearean love stories unfold, violence and adventure take place.

The music video for ‘Medieval (Pánico)’, will follow the trend set by previous ‘From The Cave’ releases, creating a visually unique world through 3D animation. A world where strange creatures dwell, the unexpected is expected and where all of the band’s music calls home.
