Consisting of five members, FALLEN LIES offers a mix of clean, female vocals, along with solid, heavy riffs, and stunning solo parts – all of which combined to bring you well arranged and original songs heavily influenced by alternative rock, hard rock, and heavy metal legends!
Their origins lie in 2012 when four friends who at the time were having regular jam sessions soon started looking for a lead singer to complete their line-up, a tiring process which would last a few years.
In 2014, Lynn Weber would join the band as their lead singer and FALLEN LIES was officially founded.
Soon after the band would start playing small gigs in local bars and festivals and would gradually start establishing themselves within the Luxembourg music scene.
In December 2017, FALLEN LIES achieved two milestones. First, they organised the very first edition of their Wintermeltdown festival, a festival which consisted of themselves along with three other local bands and one international band. Second, they participated in the Rock The South band contest in Pétange, Luxembourg, winning the contest and giving them the opportunity to later record their very first album.
In September 2018, FALLEN LIES would record their 10-track debut album Confusion at the Holtz Sound Studio in Tuntange, Luxembourg.
On 24th January 2020, FALLEN LIES hosted their sold-out release show at the Rockhal Floor in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg along with STELISE as their supporting act.
In 2020 during the pandemic, Lynn left the band for personal reasons and FALLEN LIES found themselves in the same situation they had been in 2012. This did not hinder the band who continued writing new songs for their second full-length album while auditioning for a new lead singer.
In 2021, Cindy would join the band as their new lead singer and the line-up was once again complete.
In January 2023, FALLEN LIES will once again be hitting the recording studio to record their second full-length album with a release scheduled for later that year.
