We are looking for a committed sales manager to work within one of the most exciting music companies in Europe. We are looking for an individual who can lead and inspire through their work. We want someone who understands the sales cycle and most importantly how to motivate and implement funnels and channels for a small team. Interest or background in the entertainment/music market would be helpful. We have defined a new business model and it is growing fast. We need someone to help enable growth and lead this model.
Your tasks
- Initiating, planning, developing and delivering the sales stagey to the commercial team
- Providing sales forecasts
- Setting of KPI’S
- you will be responsible for developing and managing a sales team and for ensuring that the team hit their targets, based on turnover and profit. You will foster a high performing and results driven culture that delivers on new client deals and upsells on revenue from the international sports betting industry.
- Develop, mentor and manage the sales team to ensure they can take full responsibility for the end to end sales process, from prospecting through to deal closure
- Ensure the team work effectively with presales to establish a business development pipeline and help them generate leads that fit the ideal client profile
- Ensure the team are equipped to manage opportunities through to deal closure
- Identify additional profit enhancing opportunities
- To be conversant with the key market trends, changing client requirements and competitor activity
- Build a strong working network
- Build revenue and profits in existing clients and support growth from new clients
- Monitor progress of proposals, plans and objectives
- Solutions development in conjunction with other functions of the business
