Bukimi no Tani | Album | 2014 |
Delicate falsettos are supported by wonderfully free guitar, ridged mellotrons and ruined, tape worn arrangements. They meander from glistening chamber pop to the shoegazer moments of college rock - described by the NME as containing, "glimpses of Big Star and the more stoned elements of Dinosaur Jr.".
After self releasing their debut record in 2014, 'Bukimi no Tani' (produced by Hookworms' MJ) they gained support from NME and BBC6Music, Their 2nd album, 'The Zero Cliff' recorded again with MJ at Suburban Home Studio will be released in 2016 on Hatch Records ( Nine Black Alps / Then Thickens)
Deadwall have received invites to provide support for; British Sea Power, Camera Obscura, The Only Ones, Vaselines, Temples, Hookworms, Laetitia Sadier, Matthew E. White and Cherry Ghost.
