He has been playing guitar for around ten years or so and has been singing from the age of four. He has been in choirs, 'Eisteddfod', the youth theatre and lead singer and lyricist for an acoustic project while in University. Since graduating from University six years ago he has been a solo singer/songwriter and performs locally in pubs, clubs and on the North Wales scene. In 2015 he is hoping to record an EP and get his music out to the radio stations. He is also hoping to play more gigs further afield so that he can build a strong fanbase and network with more people on the music scene.

Daf plays mostly upbeat, rock-oriented tracks as well as slower ballads that have big, anthemic choruses. He writes his own lyrics and music and also performs cover songs by some contemporary and classic artists and bands.
