cowman is musician and academic Ben J.
Heal, who splits his time between London and Taiwan. Ben's "cowman" persona has plumbed the depths of puerile lo-fi punk aesthetics since 2004 with several albums on Bristol-based Ingue Records. His band "birdbath" can be found on the Ingue Records website, and other recent projects can be found under the names "Hitobashira-ni", "Mori Mori", "Coaxial" and "The Lost Letters" at the Cruel Nature bandcamp page.
