Courtyards' sound is drenched in a wall of dirty, reverb-soaked indie rock centered around delivering consistent euphoric hooks and creating an immersive atmosphere.
Their diverse tracks range from brooding basslines and lustrous vocals to epic guitar anthems fused with summer melancholy.
Courtyards have consistently received extensive support from BBC Introducing with each release since their debut in 2016, and latest 2018's single 'Backseat' proved no different, with multiple plays from BBC Introducing and Amazing Radio alike.
With appearances in 2018 at Live at Leeds, Blackthorn & the Alternative Escape festivals, Courtyards continued to have an electric summer touring up & down the country, impressing crowds and proving they are "ready for the step to festival main stages" - The Emergence.
Self-made music video for 'Backseat' shows what the band got up to over their exciting summer of festivals & touring, including energetic live fan footage.
Courtyards are due to release new single, 'Colours' 01/03 which promises to start the year with a bang and pave the way for an explosive 2019.
