CLAASUE 4 is the Hamburg based acoustic Jazz Quartet lead by Trumpeter/ Composer Claas Ueberschaer. Founded in 2007, the group has received wide recognition for their progressive and innovative use of the traditional jazz quartet line-up.
The bands first album, ‘Yafo’, was released in 2010 to great critical acclaim. Their latest album ‘Bli’ will be released in February 2016. Adding Rhodes and electric bass to the Quartets colors, the album still follows the musical path between complex Harmony and open spaces.
