To coin a phrase, it has been a long and winding road. The quest has taken her from her roots in South Cheshire via the French Alps and the Balearics to the North-East of England which she now calls home. A process of harmonic osmosis has taken place and you will now hear a powerful hybrid mix of raw talent that crashes through the genres of pop, folk, rock and country. Somehow she manages to transcend all of this and has arrived in that rare position where she possesses a sound that is sincerely unique. A regular on the festival scene the sound is sweetness and conjures images of a nostalgic summer that is darkened by the realities of our lives and Chloë’s lyrics testify to this at every turn.
