Originally from the Wirral and now based between Leeds and London, Charlie's musical influences
vary from Johnny Flynn and Ray LaMontagne through to Muddy Waters and Howlin' Wolf.
His music
sits somewhere between Folk and Blues, drawing on love and heartbreak, and everything else that
his formative years have thought him. Since starting out he has supported many artists including
James Bay and Nathaniel Rateliffe, appeared at festivals including BEACONS and Live At Leeds as
well as BBC Introducing and daytime BBC Leeds sessions. Expect and set of folk songs with a soulful
edge.
