Born in Montevideo , Uruguay .
Cesar started to play music at the age of 13 years old playing guitar and singing. He played in London, Paris,Buenos Aires. Multi-instrumentalist artist he is living in Cologne Germany. In 2019 played the guitar lead guitar for Tito & Tarantula in one concert in Cologne germany in the Song "after dark".In 2021 he realised his first Single like Solo Artist "Wicked Game" (Cover) Now he is preparing his first solo Album with originals songs.
