The band is influenced by the new wave, post-punk scene alongside its revival through the indie rock bands of the ’00s. Since the spring of 2010, BrightSide. have shared stage with Get Well Soon, Motorama, Soviet Soviet and various Greek bands. In May 2014, BrightSide. excelled in Red Bull Bedroom Jam and won an addition to Ejekt Festival lineup (Kasabian, Editors, White Lies, Darkside, Paul Kalkbrenner). Their performance received several positive reviews from critics. They are also the founders of #if (Indie Fest), which is a festival for Greek indie bands. Their first studio album will be released in 2015.
