Billy challenges the hip-hop game with polyrhythmic flows that comment on #blacklivesmatter, difficulties of growing up in NYC and intersectional feminism.

After being featured on NPR’s Transom, Teambackpack and ABC’s The View, Billy was desperately seeking a community of musicians to create and transform digitally produced ideas into live instrumentation and blending the two with production running mate and DJ, Snakefoot. Snakefoot is a Burlington VT based musician raised on a steady diet of hip-hop, house, and psychedelia. Snakefoot’s music has been described as bass-driven explorations of rhythm and atmospheric textures.

Currently they are embarking on a Spring Tour where they will begin featuring a new project entitled “Rocky Barboa”. The crew has come out of the gate firing, always has something innovative to share so stay tuned!
