They formed in 2010 and released their debut album Cold in 2011. Inspired by their hometown Pesaro, which they describe as 'not a city for young people, with less and less venues to play at, and especially bad during the winter", the bands sound comprises of sharp sounds and chilly atmospheres.

Be Forest music quickly reached an audience beyond Pesaro, and even beyond Italy. Cold was well received by reviewers, and landed the band a support slot on Japandroids European tour.

The band's second album, Earthbeat, was released in 2014 and showcased a different, warmer side of the band. With Earthbeat, the band did 2 more European tours. In march/april 2015, they went on a new tour, after flying to the US to play at SXSW.

The band have just released new single Glow, and did a succesful tour around Eurosonic (with sold-out shows in Paris and Berlin)
