From Melbourne, Australia, Andrew McCubbin is an internationally acclaimed songwriter, musician, singer and producer.

His music has received the accolades of “Single of the Week” and “Single of the Year” for songs such as “The Fog Song”, “The Last Breeze” and “Blue” as well as “Album of the Week” for his debut solo album, “Dead Pilot” and his more recent album “Hope Addicts” on Beaudesert Radio and Syn Fm respectively.

Andrew’s music has seen him tour Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Europe taking in Germany, Czech Republic, Italy, France, Belgium, England, Ireland, Scotland and The Netherlands numerous times.

He has been a part of other acts as well such as Black Cab, Phillipa Nihil (Underground Lovers) and Penny Ikinger (Wet Taxis).

Over the years his bands have supported acts such as M Ward (USA), Adrian Belew (David Bowie / Frank Zappa), The Creatures (UK), The Cruel Sea, Spiderbait, Magic Dirt and Conway Savage (Bads Seeds).

His music has been included on numerous compilation albums including BMW’s “Music to Drive To” and Business Review Weekly’s “Business Class”.

His music has also been used in various films, TV shows and documentaries including “Perth Uncovered” (Channel 7), “Lucky Rich” (ABC), “Surviving the Fall” (ABC), and “Little Thief” Feature Film.
