Incorporating elements of Funk-pop, Alternative Rock and World-Music; Ale Loy marries synthesizers and live instruments to perform upbeat original dance tracks as a three-piece.

Ale Loy performed widely in Italy under the moniker “Zero Cinque” (2008-2013). In 2014, he moved to the UK where he immediately captured the attention of the Bristolian label “Jack of All Records”, which released his first album with English lyrics “Wake up Early”.

After a tour in Italy (2018), Ale Loy has celebrated the release of his last EP “Memories from the Present” in successful Glasgow shows (Stereo, Nice N Sleazy, The Ice Box et al). These exhibitions have also consolidated the stable live line-up composed by: Ale Loy (voice/sequencing/synths), Joe Miskimmins (guitar/sampling) and Nathan Reilly (bass).

Ale Loy’s infectious positive energy mixed with carefully crafted electronic beats explores a variety of genres including: Boogie, Progressive-House, Acid-Jazz, African-Folk and many more; in a melting-pot of sound that is as unpredictable as its own creator on stage.
