A Burial at Sea is Miru Song, Patrick Blaney, Joel Durksen, Dara Tohill and Atle Pederson.
They are a five piece post-rock band hailing from South Korea, Ireland, Cayman Islands and Norway yet based in Liverpool after Joel and Dara once ran into Patrick at a gig and drunkenly reminisced about their love for post-rock . They pull inspiration from bands such as And So I Watch You From Afar, Biffy Clyro, Clever Girl and American Football.
Currently the band are in the studio recording a three track EP (...And The Sum of its Parts) that will be released early 2018 and are currently getting ready for their Irish tour in December by writing new songs and tightening their set.
