Formed in 2002 it was the release of 2007's Cassandra that really pushed 25 Yard Screamer in the light of the prog scene.

Cassandra was critically acclaimed and the opening epic 'Blacklight' found a place in Classic Rock magazines Top 100 songs of 2007.
With the release of 'Until All Are One', 25 Yard Screamer continued to explore and evolve their sound, inviting the many to 'join the exploration'. 2013 sees the release of the concept album 'Something That Serves To Warn Or Remind'. With this expansion of sound and idea, comes the expansion of the band with the addition of Tom Bennett bringing considerable musical expertise. The music press continue to deliver praise upon the band, strong reviews featured in Classic Rock, Prog, Powerplay magazines and 'Sea Of Tranquility' the renown American Prog site.
'Something That Serves To Warn Or Remind' has been released with Whiteknight Records the label owned and run by Will Mackie (Hogwash) and Rob Reed (Magenta).
